Project Thursday: Coffee Creamer Fire
This project Thursday is late, but we decided to post it anyway because it's just... well... cool! This photo was taken last week, and it is another one of our fire experiments. The fuel to this fire is... can you take a guess? It's coffee creamer! Coffee creamer is loaded into the pipe, and 100 psi of air is put behind that. The torch is over the end of the pipe where the coffee creamer will come out once the pressurized air is released. When the coffee creamer in blown through the torch, it is lit on fire and creates a plume of fire. Pretty cool don't you think? The photo is a long exposure of this occurring; which makes it a light painting.
