Suggested Short Tuesday: Lovefield

Since we did a Tip Tuesday last week we figured that we'd mix things up a bit and do a Suggested Short Tuesday this week.

We came across Lovefield, and it's a pretty spectacular short film. It's by Mathieu Ratthe, and he did an excellent job on the storyline, imagery and the whole thing overall. It's a very emotional and moving short that leaves you dreading to find out what is really going on. It has a brilliant twist at the end that it totally unexpected. Check it out and you'll see what we mean.

Overall, we felt that this short is awesome. It's very moving, dramatic, has a sense of horror, and ends with joy. As for the editing, it was pretty much perfect. The sound of this short is awesome, and has plenty of detail to make it believable. It's a great short film to watch, and definitely one that you'll remember.
